How a Leading U.S. Nonprofit Uses Alchemer to Power Their Organization

Renew Partnerships is a U.S. nonprofit that helps Christian universities, churches, and ministries assess and improve racial dynamics across their organizations. Facing the challenge of collecting anonymous, actionable feedback and delivering timely insights at scale, Renew Partnerships chose Alchemer to power its climate surveys and reporting through the Racial Justice & Unity Center and its Campus Climate Survey offerings.

Alchemer’s survey and reporting capabilities were integrated into Renew Partnerships’ website to collect anonymous responses, run quiz scoring, and generate immediate comparison, scorecard, action-steps, and raw-data reports using JavaScript and integrations (including Google Sheets). The solution enabled more than 35 universities and seminaries to assess campus dynamics, and contributed to a denominational study involving 2,000+ congregations whose leaders voted to adopt recommended actions—steps that could affect millions—while Renew Partnerships continues to rely on Alchemer’s tooling and support to scale its assessments.
