Helping 40 Colleges of Arts and Design Collect and Analyze Institutional Data

The Association of Independent Colleges of Art & Design (AICAD), a consortium of 39 colleges in the U.S. and Canada, needed a reliable way to collect institutional data and member feedback for benchmarking, strategic planning, and event evaluation. AICAD turned to Alchemer, using Alchemer Survey to gather enrollment, demographic, retention, completion, and faculty data across its membership.

Alchemer provided secure, efficient survey collection and a workflow that lets AICAD clean, store, and publish institutional data to an online portal for member access and ad-hoc reporting. As a result, AICAD now aggregates data from its member colleges for benchmarking, produces an annual Enrollment Trend Analysis and other reports that inform strategic decisions, and routinely measures event and service satisfaction — all enabled by Alchemer.
