To solve this, Four Winds Interactive turned to Alchemer, using the Alchemer platform to run quarterly Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) and other feedback surveys across the organization.
Alchemer delivered segmented, real-time survey capabilities that FWI used to inform hiring, talent development, benefits, new-hire orientation, training, events, and even logistics like transportation and phone-system decisions. The result: a 10x increase in eNPS from October 2017 to early 2019—placing Four Winds Interactive well above the national average—and faster, targeted follow-up and action driven by Alchemer’s data.
