In 2016 CEG turned to Alchemer to move beyond simple surveys and build an integrated platform for assessments, custom-content accounts, and advisor portals that would streamline advisor onboarding and personalization.
Using the Alchemer platform (including its open API and custom scripting), CEG built onboarding surveys, a TAP assessment, a resource library, Flash Reports that auto-populate emails and generate PDFs, and digital flip‑books tied to their CMS. Alchemer’s solution automated many marketing tasks, reduced manual work, sped up content customization and distribution, and let CEG focus on qualified prospects and higher‑value work while advisors produce turnkey, branded communications instantly.
