Alkami, a cloud-based digital banking solutions provider for financial institutions, needed a better way to gather and act on mobile customer feedback across the apps of its clients, including Advantis Credit Union. Using Alchemer Mobile, Alkami sought to identify friction in the in-app experience, improve loyalty and retention, and move beyond hard-to-aggregate app store reviews.

Alchemer Mobile helped Alkami and Advantis implement in-app surveys, ratings prompts, and message center capabilities to uncover a key pain point in the login process and launch a new balance-and-transactions feature without requiring login. As a result, App Store ratings rose from 3.6 to 4.7 and Play Store ratings from 2.2 to 3.6 in one year, with the Play Store later reaching 4.0; Alkami also reported 31% improvement in iOS ratings and 64% improvement in Android ratings.
