General Motors leverages its digital channels thanks to Aivo

General Motors faced the challenge of optimizing customer service and increasing online sales across its regional websites (Colombia, Ecuador, Chile and Peru). To build an accessible, high‑conversion digital sales channel, GM partnered with Aivo in 2015 and deployed its conversational AI solution (Aivo’s AgentBot and Live) as the Chevy chatbot to automate FAQs, capture leads and improve the web experience.

Aivo implemented the Chevy chatbot with regional onboarding teams, dealer‑customized variants, CRM integration and multi‑channel support (Web and WhatsApp), enabling rapid rollouts (e.g., a Colombia bot launched in two days). The result: Aivo’s solution increased lead generation and online conversion, raised customer satisfaction, generated more monthly car‑sales opportunities, and continues to expand across channels and markets.
