Banco Bolivariano, a leading bank in Ecuador, wanted to modernize customer service, improve response speed, and maintain high efficiency without adding resources. Aivo helped Banco Bolivariano automate customer support and transactions through Avi24, its AI assistant, with OTP-based validation for secure operations.
