A Fortune 500 and Forbes Global 2000 pharma and animal health company turned to AgileOne after its recruiting process became too slow, outdated, and difficult to manage across a large supplier base. The company needed a better way to identify and engage specialized staffing agencies that could deliver the STEM talent it required, while also preparing for a major split into two independent companies.
