AgileOne worked with a leading media and entertainment company, a global organization with 36,000 employees and 300+ locations, to address major workforce management challenges. Due to multiple mergers and acquisitions, the customer had inconsistent staffing vendors, hiring processes, and job titles across locations, making it difficult to gain visibility into labor spend, employment risk, and workforce metrics.

AgileOne implemented an umbrella workforce solution to standardize and streamline HR and contingent workforce practices across the enterprise, including integration of an existing third-party payrolling vendor. The solution helped unify management of more than 75 staffing suppliers, improve oversight of rate structures and tenure policy compliance, and reduce cost and compliance risks while supporting multiple worker types and locations.
