Global Financial Company, a 11,000-employee financial services firm in credit risk assessment, turned to AgileOne after acquisitions exposed major gaps in its workforce management program. Outdated processes, fragmented technologies, weak supplier oversight, and poor candidate quality were driving long hiring cycles, inflated costs, and low MSP adoption. The company also needed better control of independent contractor and statement of work activity to reduce classification risk.

AgileOne implemented an integrated solution including MSP, ICC, SOW, and AllSourcePPS, supported by onsite teams and a change management plan. The vendor cleaned up the supplier base, improved manager and supplier engagement, digitized documentation, and introduced a contractor hub for end-to-end workflow management. As a result, spend in the AgileOne program tripled since 2019, time-to-fill averaged less than 23 days, onboarding time dropped 41% year over year, and IC evaluation was reduced to four days.
