AgileOne centralized and standardized recruiting over three years, implemented a new ATS, launched employee referral and recruitment marketing programs, and introduced reporting and dashboard tools to improve visibility and decision-making. The results were significant: more than 1,500 hires, 23% year-over-year growth, a 14-day reduction in time to fill, a 43% increase in referrals, 24 live job fairs, candidate satisfaction above 95%, and hiring manager satisfaction rising from 76% to 96%. The client renewed its RPO contract with AgileOne for another three years.
