Largest Oil and Energy Petroleum Company, one of the largest pipeline operators of liquid petroleum products in the US, struggled to attract and retain qualified engineers for its rural Texas and Northeast locations. Despite being a large, established employer, its reputation in the market was weak, its candidate experience was outdated, and its recruiting materials, digital presence, and social media engagement were not effectively showcasing the company as a desirable place to work. AgileOne overhauled the company’s employment branding with refreshed print and digital recruiting collateral, targeted email and phone outreach, a new GlassDoor employer profile, and improved career fair materials. The results were strong: GlassDoor views increased 158%, 6,000 new applicants entered the ATS in six months, time to fill dropped from 81 to 51 days, offer acceptance rose by more than 300%, and six hard-to-fill roles were filled in the first four weeks through referrals.
