Case Study: Leading Consumer Goods Company boosts female workforce diversity with AgileOne

A AgileOne Case Study

Preview of the Leading Consumer Goods Company Case Study

Consumer goods company successfully adds more women, veterans and people of color to their workforce while decreasing time to fill by 40 percent

Leading Consumer Goods Company, a major US brewer and consumer goods manufacturer, partnered with AgileOne to address a workforce challenge tied to its diversity goals. The company wanted to increase female representation in traditionally male-dominated hourly manufacturing roles while also improving hiring of people of color and veterans across its breweries and production facilities. AgileOne first supported the business with an MSP for contingent labor and later provided RPO services for full-time, non-exempt workers.

AgileOne implemented a targeted recruiting strategy focused on diverse talent pipelines, working with workforce agencies, diversity organizations, women’s groups, technical schools, local colleges and universities, military transition programs, LinkedIn groups, and even manufacturers facing plant closures to identify qualified women. As a result, female workforce representation increased from 15% to 26%, time to fill dropped from 91 days to 54 days, and customer satisfaction remained strong at 93 out of 100.
