Leading Food Production Manufacturing Company, a privately held North American manufacturer of branded and private-label nutritional bars and functional powders, faced workforce imbalances in a fast-paced environment where about 80% of production roles were filled by contingent workers. The heavy reliance on temporary labor, limited direct-hire infrastructure, and expensive third-party recruiting created quality, speed, and cost challenges. AgileOne implemented an end-to-end RPO solution across the U.S., including intake meetings, weekly communication with HR leadership, on-site hiring events, and bilingual recruiting support for a diverse applicant pool. The program helped shift the workforce mix from 80% contingent to 80% direct hire in Anaheim and 50% in Irwindale, cut time to fill to 60 days or less, improved hiring manager satisfaction, and increased applicant flow. AgileOne also helped hire 30 new production workers, enabling the company to open a fifth production line within 45 days.
