A global data center hyperscaler faced the challenge of implementing a complex, fully networked load bank solution for level four and level five testing. The project required extensive heat load shifting capabilities across multiple data halls and had to be completed within a strict 90-day timeframe without costly delays. Aggreko was tasked with developing and installing this critical load bank networking plan to execute the commissioning agent's full scope.

Aggreko provided a solution involving 80 x 500kW loadbanks with full electrical distribution and networking equipment. Their team delivered engineered drawings, a detailed network plan, and on-site support, enabling precise remote load application from a single laptop. This significantly reduced labor demands and ensured full network integrity. As a result, Aggreko successfully completed all agreed Tier 3 testing on time and on budget, allowing the customer to demonstrate the full reliability of their data halls.
