Splash Wines, a family-owned wine business in the United States, faced the challenge of keeping post-purchase communication accurate and efficient in a heavily regulated alcohol-delivery market. Because someone of legal drinking age must be home to sign for deliveries, Splash Wines needed a better way to reduce customer confusion, WISMO inquiries, and shipment issues.
