Endeavor, the global nonprofit community for high-impact entrepreneurs, needed a standardized way to capture interactions and retain institutional knowledge across 600 employees in more than 40 countries. Before using Affinity for Salesforce, manual data entry and inconsistent Salesforce adoption meant important relationship data and network insights could be lost when employees left the organization.
Affinity implemented automatic email and calendar syncing, plus data enrichment, to centralize Endeavor’s network information in Salesforce and surface relationship insights through the Chrome extension. With Affinity, Endeavor gained a clearer 360° view of its network, improved knowledge retention, reduced manual work, and enabled more targeted outreach and mentor matching; 300 employees were actively using the platform, with plans to expand adoption further.
