Roble Ventures, a US-based venture capital firm focused on future-of-work technologies, needed to build its tech stack from scratch as a new firm. With a team of three, it had to manage a high volume of deals and support entrepreneurs efficiently without wasting time on manual data entry or losing opportunities to larger firms. To do that, Roble Ventures chose Affinity as its CRM and core operating tool.

Affinity became the center of Roble Ventures’ “VC operating system,” integrating with up to 14 other tools and automating key workflows across deal sourcing, diligence, follow-ups, and portfolio support. The result: Roble Ventures now processes more than 1,000 deals per year with a lean team, maintains a portfolio of 18 companies and a network of 2,000 advisors, and sources 88% of deals through referrals.
