Alaska Airlines, working with vendor Adswerve, faced the challenge of unifying fragmented marketing and customer data to better understand which media investments would drive long-term value. To address this, Adswerve helped the airline bring CRM, media, and analytics data together in a new marketing warehouse built in Google BigQuery, part of Google Cloud.
Using machine learning on the unified data, Adswerve enabled Alaska Airlines to activate new insights and predict which marketing investments would deliver the best long-term return. The result was a smarter, more data-driven approach to allocating marketing resources now and in the future, with improved decision-making supported by BigQuery and Google Cloud tools.
