Trane Technologies faced fragmented marketing operations across 54 regional marketers, with siloed customer data, slow program builds, and a need to coordinate campaigns and bridge sales/marketing. To modernize and scale, Trane chose Adobe Marketo Engage as its marketing automation platform and worked with vendor Adobe Target to replace Acoustic and provide stronger automation, integrations and analytics.
Adobe Target implemented Adobe Marketo Engage (with Adobe Professional Services accelerating deployment) to centralize data, create a six-person program hub, and enable turnkey integrations and reusable templates. The results: 500 programs in the first year (10× the previous platform), program build time reduced to under an hour (about 3× faster), rapid three-week implementation, turnkey integrations that eliminated months of development, and virtual events reaching over 8,000 attendees—while dynamic lists and planned CRM integrations improved targeting and lead handoff.
