Sunrise Communications AG, Switzerland’s second-largest telecom, set out to digitally transform its business: relaunch 14,000 pages across four languages, simplify complex back‑office processes, expand e‑commerce, and deliver personalized omnichannel customer experiences. To do this it adopted Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions — including Adobe Target — tightly integrated with the SAP Hybris e‑commerce platform.
Using Adobe Target alongside Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics and Campaign integrated with SAP Hybris, Sunrise redesigned customer journeys and deployed responsive, personalized sites and streamlined workflows. The implementation doubled mobile traffic (mobile visits rose from 22.6% to 44.5%), cut page load times from 4.2s to 1.5s, reduced smartphone purchase steps from 10 to 3, sped page creation by 66% (12h → 4h) and page deployment from 90 minutes to under 30 seconds, raised online NPS from 31 to 45, and delivered 99.99% availability — demonstrating Adobe Target’s role in optimizing personalized experiences and conversion.
