Spark, New Zealand’s largest telecommunications company, Spark, needed to deliver contextually relevant, personalized experiences across more than 2,000 systems and several websites while shifting the business toward data-driven decision-making. To build a flexible, business-friendly digital foundation they partnered with Adobe Target as part of Adobe Experience Cloud (including Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics and Audience Manager).

Using Adobe Target to run tests and the broader Adobe Experience Cloud to manage content and analytics, Spark implemented the solution quickly, increased marketing team self-sufficiency, and met an aggressive go‑live timetable. Tests such as changing a “Buy Now” button to “See Plans” drove an 84% lift in customer engagement; overall the Adobe Target‑led program delivered more relevant experiences across channels, improved conversion rates, and reduced reliance on developers.
