Nedbank, the fourth-largest bank in South Africa, needed to unify fragmented business units and improve inconsistent online and mobile experiences to boost conversions and cross-selling. To gain data-driven insight and standardize content and forms, Nedbank implemented Adobe Marketing Cloud—leveraging Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
Using Adobe Target and the broader Adobe Marketing Cloud, Nedbank centralized assets, templates and forms, cut form templates from over 224 to 38, and introduced simplified, mobile-friendly, auto-populating forms. The vendor’s solutions delivered consistent, connected cross-channel experiences, drove personalization and raised form completion from 33% to 80% (about a 142% increase), while improving mobile site and overall conversion performance.
