Seniority, an omnichannel retailer founded in 2016 that serves India’s growing senior population, needed to build a data-driven culture, promote self-service analytics across teams, and make better business decisions from customer data. To do this they partnered with Adobe Target, leveraging Adobe Experience League alongside Adobe Analytics to train nontechnical users and scale analytics literacy across marketing, product, sourcing, content and IT teams.
Adobe Target helped Seniority implement guided learning paths, community support, and internal training programs via Adobe Experience League, supported by Customer Success Manager Sundeep Saluja. The program drove measurable impact: about two-thirds of Seniority’s Adobe Analytics users developed skills through Experience League (95 active Analytics users, with more than 60 completing courses), enabling self-service reporting, faster decisions, reduced campaign risk, and adoption of advanced use cases such as multi-touch attribution. Adobe Target’s approach directly increased confidence and analytics maturity across the company.
