Saga Group, a UK company serving discerning, semi-retired customers across travel and insurance, needed to move beyond one-size-fits-all blasts and better understand customer preferences while reducing costly direct-mail waste. To meet a tight deadline for a new loyalty program and bring agility to marketing, Saga turned to Adobe Target as part of Adobe Experience Cloud (including Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytics).
Working with Adobe Customer Solutions, Saga implemented Adobe Experience Cloud in six months and now uses Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target to orchestrate personalized, cross-channel campaigns. The change cut campaign setup from five days to about one hour, produced digital open rates as high as 80%, reduced direct mailings (Titan Travel sends one-third fewer), accelerated data availability to within an hour, and increased open, click-through and activation rates—delivering faster, cheaper, and more effective marketing with Adobe Target at the core.
