The vendor’s solutions helped shift marketing investment from 10% to 90% digital, supported growth from a tiny team into a 1,400‑employee, 22‑brand business, improved email and site engagement metrics, reduced risks from site issues and delivered higher‑value, more relevant customer experiences.
