Raiffeisen, a Swiss cooperative bank with more than 930 locations and about 3.7 million customers, needed to extend its local branch experience into digital and mobile channels while reducing multi-channel marketing costs and preserving local control. To solve this, Raiffeisen selected Adobe Target as part of Adobe Experience Cloud (including Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics) to deliver personalized, locally relevant online experiences.
Raiffeisen used Adobe Experience Manager to create 267 dynamic local website variations, Adobe Analytics to gather real-time customer insights, and Adobe Target for A/B testing and targeted messaging. The Adobe Target–driven program allowed rapid campaign iteration and optimization and produced measurable impact: up to a 300% increase in conversions, average conversion rates as high as 14% from analytics-led outreach, and greater marketing efficiency and personalization across channels.
