Progrexion, the holding company for brands like Lexington Law and CreditRepair.com that helps hundreds of thousands of U.S. consumers with credit services, needed to drive cross-channel leads to its call center (which generates ~90% of sign-ups), create a single view of customers, and personalize experiences across online and offline touchpoints. To do this it turned to Adobe Target as part of the Adobe Marketing Cloud suite (including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager) to gain deeper customer insights and better attribution.
Using Adobe Target and the broader Adobe Marketing Cloud, Progrexion implemented universal visitor IDs, integrated online and offline data with Data Workbench and Analysis Workspace, and let marketers run and scale tests and launch content without IT via Experience Manager. Adobe Target-powered testing and personalization produced a 14% lift in conversion, faster time to market for targeted content, a single customer view across brands and channels, and the ability to run up to a dozen concurrent tests while reducing IT dependency.
