Oregon Community Credit Union (OCCU), a 158,000‑member credit union, needed to do more with limited resources: increase membership and product engagement, move members to self‑service channels, and deliver personalized, relevant communications. To modernize its digital marketing and make campaigns continuously optimizable, OCCU adopted Adobe Experience Cloud tools — notably Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
Using Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target to automate, test and personalize email, print and web experiences, OCCU now runs six times more targeted campaigns, has dramatically lowered unsubscribes, and delivered strong campaign results: a credit‑card initiative produced 944 new accounts (235% of a 400‑account goal) and, in under 18 months, more than 2,150 new cards and over $22M in new credit lines. Adobe Target tests also boosted on‑site conversions (a 218% increase in loan application starts from a rate‑carousel test and large gains from CTA placement/color tests), with Adobe Target-driven insights feeding back to continually improve campaign performance.
