OCBC Bank Delivers Engaging Advertising Experiences Across Video and Search with Adobe Advertising Cloud and Adobe Analytics

OCBC Bank, Singapore’s longest-established bank, needed to boost digital engagement and advertising efficiency across multiple campaigns while competing in a crowded fintech market. The marketing team wanted to improve video viewability and completion for brand campaigns and lower cost per acquisition for search-driven products, so they engaged Adobe Target alongside Adobe Advertising Cloud and Adobe Analytics to optimize cross-channel advertising.

Using Adobe Advertising Cloud, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target (with Adobe Sensei-powered optimization), OCBC shifted spend to high-performing placements, optimized for completed video views and automated search bidding.
