The National Bank of Abu Dhabi, the largest bank by assets in Abu Dhabi, needed to accelerate its digital transformation to meet high mobile and social usage and to deliver consistent, personalized experiences across countries, languages and channels. To address this, the bank selected Adobe Marketing Cloud — including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target — to support a mobile‑first, data‑driven approach to digital marketing and communications.

Using Adobe Target as part of the Adobe Marketing Cloud, NBAD deployed Experience Manager for sites and assets, Analytics for customer insight, and Target for testing, geotargeting and automated personalization. The implementation unified the brand across ATM, web and mobile touchpoints, enabled non‑technical managers to publish content faster, streamlined multi‑language translation and delivered more relevant, real‑time experiences — helping NBAD project a cohesive global brand in a market where about 73% of the population uses smartphones.
