How Adobe and NVIDIA Use AI, High-Performance GPUs to Optimize Customer Experience and Engagement

NVIDIA, the inventor of the GPU, set out to transform its digital marketing to deliver more relevant, context-driven experiences for gamers and B2B customers. To tackle large volumes of unused data and the need for near-real-time personalization, NVIDIA partnered with Adobe—using Adobe Experience Cloud tools including Adobe Target and Adobe’s Customer AI/Sensei—to modernize analytics and customer engagement.

Adobe Target and Adobe’s AI services were combined with NVIDIA’s RAPIDS GPU platform to enable high-speed analytics, real-time personalization, and rigorous A/B testing. As a result, NVIDIA can predict and manage customer loyalty, score users likely to opt out of emails, optimize email send rates and timing, and adjust campaigns on the fly—driving improved engagement and more targeted offers through Adobe Target’s capabilities.
