CSC adopted Adobe Target (as part of Adobe Marketing Cloud, alongside Adobe Analytics and Adobe Social) and integrated Demandbase to identify visitors and recommend relevant content without requiring explicit profile data.
Using Adobe Target’s A/B and multivariate testing, rules-based targeting, and integration with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Social and Demandbase, the vendor automated tagging, personalized banners and billboards, and improved social listening and engagement. Adobe Target helped CSC simplify tagging across 14,000 pages, free developers for testing and personalization, and—most measurably—double the number of marketing leads generated each month.
