Eurobet Increases Revenue Through Improved Customer Engagement

Eurobet, part of Ladbrokes Coral and a leading online and retail gaming brand in Italy, needed to move from hunch-driven marketing to a data-driven approach to boost customer engagement, retention, cross-sell and conversion across online, mobile and retail channels. To achieve this, Eurobet selected Adobe Target as part of Adobe Experience Cloud (alongside Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Professional Services) to better understand customer journeys and deliver personalized experiences.

Using Adobe Target for automated personalization, A/B and multivariate testing, together with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Campaign, Eurobet implemented multi-channel campaigns, custom KPI dashboards, and targeted communications. Adobe Target helped drive up to a 20% improvement in campaign conversions (cross-sell/upsell), reduce churn by up to 3%, and lift Eurobet’s market position from sixth to second in sports betting, while improving customer satisfaction and companywide visibility into customer trends.
