Deloitte, the global professional services network, faced a fragmented online presence spanning many locally managed sites, languages, and 600 contributors—making it hard to deliver consistent, relevant, mobile-optimized experiences. To address this, Deloitte selected solutions from Adobe Marketing Cloud—including Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Analytics—to consolidate sites under a single Deloitte.com umbrella, standardize branding, and enable targeted, context-aware content delivery.

Using Adobe Target to surface and recommend trending content alongside Adobe Experience Manager for multisite, responsive publishing and Adobe Analytics for insight, Deloitte streamlined content operations and personalization. The Adobe solutions helped publish content roughly 2x faster, brought about 80 sites live with about 50 more underway, increased mobile engagement, and delivered a standardized global footprint with richer, more relevant visitor interactions.
