Deakin used Adobe Target to deliver tailored website experiences while feeding CRM and web data through Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Analytics into Adobe Advertising Cloud for coordinated ads and email. The integrated approach drove measurable results—nearly $1 million in additional revenue from nudging unfinished applicants—enabled personalized experiences at scale, improved ad-to-landing-page consistency, and freed marketing and creative teams to focus on strategy and innovation.
