Using Adobe Target alongside Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics, Costa rebuilt its sites with reusable templates, responsive designs, and continuous A/B testing to personalize journeys. The program scaled the site across 19 markets and 12 languages, reduced bounce rate by 12%, increased cruise bookings by 10%, grew web sales by 13%, and lifted Net Promoter Score by roughly 10 points to an average of 55.
