Charles Sturt University faced the challenge of attracting and engaging more students while unifying disparate digital teams and data sources to deliver consistent, personalized experiences. To meet these goals the university partnered with Accordant and adopted Adobe Target as part of Adobe Experience Cloud (including Adobe Advertising Cloud, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Sensei) to centralize analytics, personalization and advertising.
Using Adobe Target alongside Advertising Cloud and Adobe Analytics, CSU implemented targeted search and programmatic campaigns, on-site personalization and A/B testing to tailor landing pages and offers. The results were significant: a 346% increase in conversions, a 127% lift in online application completions, and a 32% reduction in cost per acquisition — outcomes driven by Adobe Target-powered personalization and connected data.
