Amplifon, a global hearing‑care provider active in 21 countries, faced a complex, multi‑year sales cycle and the need to build intimate, consistent relationships with seniors and their influencers across digital, print, call‑center and retail channels. To deliver personalized, cross‑channel experiences at scale, Amplifon turned to Adobe Experience Cloud — including Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Manager — to better understand customers and maintain a human touch across touchpoints.

Using Adobe Experience Cloud (with Adobe Target for site testing and optimization), Adobe Analytics and Audience Manager to unify online and offline data, and Adobe Campaign/Experience Manager to deliver personalized content, Amplifon accelerated campaign creation from one week to about 10 minutes, produced 3,000 campaigns in a quarter (a 100% increase), doubled store visits driven by email and increased customer acquisition by 30%. Adobe Target’s testing and optimization helped refine experiences that, together with the other Adobe solutions, identified new audiences and delivered measurable lift across channels.
