Altisource tackles complex marketing challenges with Marketo

Altisource, a global real estate and mortgage services company, faced a complex marketing challenge: coordinating campaigns across 12 diverse business units, engaging both B2B and B2C audiences through long sales cycles, and rebuilding a modern martech stack. To meet those needs it deployed Marketo Engage as part of its Adobe Experience Cloud strategy and partnered with Adobe Target to modernize campaign and personalization capabilities.

Using Adobe Target alongside Marketo Engage, Altisource implemented a campaign-centered architecture with cloning, deep Salesforce CRM integration, and 15 connected marketing tools to sync behavioral data and sales insights. The results were dramatic: campaign creation became 6x faster and Altisource can now launch 36x more campaigns per month (moving from ~1 email campaign across all units to 2–3 per unit monthly), while marketing and sales alignment improved and more qualified leads are delivered to sales.
