T-Mobile, breaking barriers to service

T-Mobile, the major wireless provider known for its contract-free “un-carrier” approach, needed a better way to communicate its new service model and understand customer behavior across digital channels. Working with Adobe Experience Cloud, using Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Manager, T-Mobile sought to improve targeting, segmentation, and mobile-friendly customer experiences while increasing conversion.

Adobe Experience Cloud helped T-Mobile build a data-driven optimization program, launch responsive sites faster, and deliver more relevant content and offers. The results included up to a 16% boost in phone click-through rates, up to a 56% increase in average order values, a 23% rise in online account updates, and about an 80% reduction in page load times. T-Mobile also climbed from last to first in JD Power’s Wireless Customer Care Performance rankings for full-service carriers.
