To address this, Spar ICS partnered with Adobe Analytics and deployed Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities—including Adobe Experience Manager (Assets and Sites), Adobe Target (Recommendations, Search and Promote), Adobe Analytics—and engaged Adobe Consulting to build a unified digital foundation.
Adobe Analytics helped Spar ICS centralize management of roughly 500,000 assets, deliver localized sites across Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Italy, and Croatia, and tie search and recommendations to e‑commerce. Using Adobe Analytics and the broader Adobe Experience Cloud, Spar ICS achieved a 50% increase in customers at a digitally enabled Vienna store, drove higher sales, improved customer experiences, and established a scalable platform to support innovation and global expansion.
