Sky UK, a leading European entertainment and communications business serving 22 million customers and 11 million households, needed to understand and engage customers who interact across multiple devices and channels (71% use three or more touchpoints). To move beyond household-level targeting and deliver relevant experiences, Sky UK selected Adobe Experience Cloud—using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target (with Adobe Analytics at the core)—to unify customer data and create single customer profiles.

Using Adobe Analytics and the integrated Experience Cloud, Sky UK consolidated online, offline and third‑party data, enabled thousands of users to analyze behavior in Analysis Workspace, and runs roughly 600 personalized campaigns per month via Adobe Campaign. The Adobe Analytics-driven solution shifted Sky from household to individual-level targeting, improved personalization and campaign returns, and increased the company’s ability to identify real-time opportunities and better engage customers across channels.
