The National Bank of Abu Dhabi, the largest bank by assets in Abu Dhabi, needed to modernize its digital brand and deliver consistent, personalized experiences across countries, languages and channels amid very high mobile usage. To support a mobile‑first, cross‑channel strategy the bank selected Adobe Analytics (as part of the Adobe Marketing Cloud suite, alongside Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target) to provide analytics, content management and testing capabilities.
Using Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, the vendor enabled NBAD to standardize sites and assets, streamline multi‑language translation, empower managers to publish without IT, and run rules‑based and geotargeted personalization and tests. Adobe Analytics gave the bank cross‑channel visibility into customer journeys, and within about 18 months NBAD achieved a unified brand across ATMs, web and mobile, faster content delivery and more targeted customer experiences — supporting a market where roughly 73% of the population uses smartphones.
