Manulife, a leading financial services group, faced a fragmented, corporate‑centric website of 1,200 pages that made it hard for customers to find information and for teams to coordinate content. To shift to a customer‑first approach and meet a tight go‑live deadline, Manulife selected Adobe Analytics as its vendor and implemented Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Professional Services.
Adobe Analytics’ team helped Manulife centralize web production, design 11 reusable templates and 38 components, and host the solution via Adobe Experience Manager Managed Services, enabling faster rollout and easier scaling. The result: the site was consolidated from 1,200 pages to 250, publishing became far more efficient, customer engagement and quote generation improved, and analytics from Adobe Analytics now guide personalization and ongoing optimization.
