A Adobe Analytics Case Study
HUK-COBURG, Germany’s largest insurer for private households, needed to unify a fragmented digital landscape—eliminating microsites and multiple blog systems, optimizing content for different devices, and improving online application processing. To achieve this, HUK-COBURG implemented Adobe Experience Manager as part of the Adobe Marketing Cloud and integrated analytics with Adobe Analytics to provide a single platform for sites, assets, and adaptive forms.
Using Adobe Experience Manager together with Adobe Analytics, HUK-COBURG gave ~100 writers a unified authoring interface, moved its blog off WordPress, deployed responsive designs for www.huk.de and www.huk24.de, and implemented adaptive HTML forms that convert to PDF and feed backend systems. The result: faster, traceable publishing through defined approval workflows, lower platform and development costs via reusable components, fewer form errors, and actionable insights into form drop-off and help usage from Adobe Analytics—allowing the insurer to publish campaigns more quickly while maintaining quality.
