Ben & Jerry’s needed a new way to create product photography during the COVID-19 pandemic, when scoop shops closed and in-person photoshoots were suspended. To support its Food Pairings delivery campaign across 38 global markets and more than 150 flavors, the company turned to Adobe Analytics alongside other Adobe tools to help connect with customers and understand what visuals and messages would resonate.
Adobe Analytics helped Ben & Jerry’s measure customer experiences and guide “data-driven creativity,” while Adobe Substance 3D Stager enabled the team to produce realistic virtual product images quickly and at scale. The result was a large library of on-brand assets created in weeks instead of months, with hundreds of hours of labor and thousands of dollars saved each month; delivery app downloads also grew by 50%, and the company expanded delivery to nearly half of its global markets.
