Eurobet increases revenue through improved customer engagement

Eurobet, part of Ladbrokes Coral and a leading online gaming operator in Italy, needed to better understand customer journeys and lift engagement, retention, and cross-sell across its website, mobile app and 850+ retail outlets. To move from intuition-driven to data-driven marketing, Eurobet selected Adobe Analytics as part of Adobe Experience Cloud (alongside Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Professional Services) to gain real-time visibility into customer behavior and enable personalized, multi-channel conversations.

Using Adobe Analytics integrated with Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign and supported by Adobe Professional Services, Eurobet built custom dashboards, segmented audiences, and ran A/B/multivariate tests and targeted campaigns. The initiative produced clear results: campaign conversions improved by 20%, churn dropped by up to 3%, cross-sell and upsell performance increased, and Eurobet climbed from sixth to second in its sports-betting market position, while gaining companywide visibility into customer trends.
