To solve this, Constellation partnered with Adobe Analytics and the Adobe Experience Cloud, deploying Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Managed Services), Adobe Target, and Adobe Professional Services.
Using Adobe Analytics alongside Adobe Experience Manager managed services, Adobe consolidated inherited web systems, improved mobile performance, and enabled distributed authoring—allowing managers to maintain 150 local landing pages and freeing marketing from technical requests. The result: higher residential enrollments, more small-business leads, better brand consistency and agility, and capacity to process several tens of thousands more web transactions annually.
