Swisscom, Switzerland’s largest telecom provider, needed a better way to manage and share its brand identity across a wide range of stakeholders. Working with Adgistics, Swisscom set out to move brand management away from rigid “police work” toward a more open, transparent system while still keeping brand consistency.

Adgistics deployed the Swisscom Brand Centre, a modern brand management platform with both public-facing and secure internal areas. The result was a globally accessible central hub with nearly 16,000 registered users, helping build customer trust, support brand activity, and strengthen Swisscom’s communication efforts.
